Our Story
Harper’s Heart was founded in August of 2018 by Giovanna A. Andrews in an effort to improve the services given to mothers in need.
Our mission is to create a loving, safe environment for mothers and mothers-to-be, where they can gain access to essentials for their children. Harper’s Heart works with mothers and their children, age 0-24 months old, providing them with life skills, economic empowerment, and access to the essentials, resources, and education they need until they are equally capable, as a result of the realtime education and relationships that Harper’s Heart fosters.
In our three years of operations, Harper’s Heart has given away over $300,000 in needed items to mothers in the Wilmington, DE area at no cost. Our motto is “Where Service Meets Love” and we pride ourselves on excellent client care.
